Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the www.planetxwholesale.com website (the “Service”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Any product names, logos, artwork, and written content that appear on the www.planetxwholesale.com website are the sole intellectual property of Smokers Choice. You may not copy or use photos, files, or any other content without written permission from Planet X Wholesale LLC. The use of such intellectual property without written consent may be subject to legal action.
New Accounts
Payment methods will be established with each new account. Accepted payment methods include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, eDebitDirect online processing, Certified Checks, ACH payments, wire transfers, business check, and COD. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped with ONE business day. All orders are shipped UPS Ground or LTL Freight unless otherwise requested. Customers are responsible for all freight, insurance , handling charges, and upgrades from ground shipping except for ship for free products. Shipping charges will be determined and discussed at the time of each order.
Refused Orders
If the fault of Planet X Wholesale LLC, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense. All refused or unclaimed orders not the fault of Planet X Wholesale LLC will result in a 10% restocking fee plus all shipping/freight charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional shipping charges will be added.
Return Orders/Damages & Shortages
OPENED PRODUCTS are not eligible for return or exchange. Manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for return or full credit. All orders leave our warehouse in good condition. If the boxes arrive with damages, shortages, or overages, you must keep the original boxes. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at 844-529-1870 to discuss the options and get authorization for the return.
Other products may be eligible for return with 60 days from invoice date with a restocking fee. Please contact us to discuss authorization for return. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped.
Prices
All prices shown are wholesale prices that are subject to change without notice. There may be items on this website that could be restricted in your city, county, or state. It is the customer’s obligation to check local laws before ordering.
Changes
Planet X Wholesale LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.planetxwholesale.com is offered. The most current vesion of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
